Group Health & Fitness

Hydro Fitness

Hydro Fitness is summed up by exercising while in the water. Using our endless swim pool to complete your fitness program enables you to experience the benefits of low joint impact while challenging your muscles and endurance against the resistance of water. With tools such as Aqua Bike, Resistance Bands, Rowing Bars, Water Weights and Swim Harnesses Wolf brings you the very best in water fitness. End your workout a few minutes early to do your cool down in the water while experiencing Hydro Massage for improved circulation and decreased muscle aches and pains.

Aqua Bike

Whether you’re trying to tone up or lose weight, aqua cycling is an effective and fun way to get your heart rate up. This full-body workout increases muscle endurance in the quads, calves, and hamstrings, as well as strengthens the core muscles to improve coordination.
